Knitted down fabric with 50% acrylic, 40% polyester, 5% cashmere, and 5% sheep wool. Acrylic fiber is fluffy, polyester is crisp, and cashmere and sheep wool each account for 5%, which is not a large proportion, but the hand feel is much worse. The velvet feeling, warmth, and a slight fuzz are all in this 10%. The weaving method is to twist flowers. The Fried Dough Twists braid stands all the way, which feels soft. It is not very common to use knitting to make down jackets: knitting has elasticity and holes, and the fabric surface needs to be woven tightly before stitching to lock in the down. The cost is difficult to do: once the knitted surface is sewn, it is easy to be pulled and deformed, the needle holes become larger and the velvet becomes smaller, and the wrinkles become smaller. Therefore, the needle spacing, tension, and thread routing of the stitching need to be readjusted for this piece of fabric.
